Xingyong Quality System · ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 Audited

Quality Assurance

At Xingyong, quality is defined by consistency. From raw material to packaging, every stage runs to ISO 9001 standards with traceable records. The goal isn't just to pass inspection — it's that every pole meets the standard by design.

  • Full traceability — billet batch number to carton barcode.
  • In-house lab — Oxford spectrometer, salt-spray, tensile tester; no outsourced data.
  • 100% pre-ship inspection — surface, hardness, lock smoothness, drop test.
  • Third-party ready — SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek, QIMA welcomed.

What Quality Means at Xingyong

Quality is a system, not a checkpoint. These are the controlled parameters we apply to every batch — the same numbers your QA team and any third-party auditor read on our pre-shipment report.

Not Just for Inspection

Our records are made to be opened. We welcome third-party inspection from SGS, BV, TÜV Rheinland, Intertek and QIMA, and every pole links back to its raw-material lot. The same OEM workflow also includes sample and MOQ policy, production lead time, private label branding, retail-ready packaging, and custom spec tooling, which cover the normal OEM path from sample approval to packed goods. Quality terms can be checked against Aluminum Association material resources, ISO 9001 quality management, and ASTM B221 aluminum extrusion standard.

FAQ

Quality Assurance — Questions

What quality system do you run?

ISO 9001:2015 quality management, alongside IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Certificate numbers and validity are on our certifications page.

Do you test in-house or outsource it?

In-house. Our lab has an Oxford optical-emission spectrometer, salt-spray cabinet, tensile tester and coating-thickness gauges, so quality data is ours and traceable — not a third-party datasheet we can't reproduce.

Is every order inspected before shipment?

Yes — 100% pre-shipment inspection covering surface, hardness, lock smoothness and drop resistance, with a report formatted for your QA team.

Can we send our own or a third-party inspector?

Always welcome. SGS, BV, TÜV Rheinland, Intertek and QIMA inspections are routine here, and we'll support your own QA visit or video inspection.

How do you keep quality consistent across repeat orders?

Full traceability from billet lot to carton barcode plus retained batch samples means we can reproduce the exact spec order after order. See batch quality & traceability.

What tolerances can you hold?

Typically ±0.05 mm wall thickness on precision profiles (±0.10 mm standard) and ±0.10 mm outer diameter, with 12–15µm anodize and ≥500 h salt-spray resistance.
