Xingyong Quality System

Commitment to Quality — ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 Audited

At Xingyong, we believe quality is defined by consistency. From raw material to packaging, every stage follows ISO 9001 quality management standards with traceable records. Our goal isn't just to pass inspection — it's to ensure every pole naturally meets the standard.

  • Full traceability: billet batch number to carton barcode — every pole linked to its raw-material lot.
  • In-house lab: Oxford spectrometer, salt-spray cabinet, tensile tester — no outsourced data.
  • 100% pre-ship inspection: surface, hardness, lock smoothness, drop-resistance.
  • Third-party ready: SGS, BV, TUV, Intertek, QIMA inspections welcomed.

What Quality Means at Xingyong

Quality is not a checkpoint — it is a system. Below are the controlled parameters and acceptance criteria we apply to every batch, the same numbers your QA team and any third-party auditor will read on our pre-shipment inspection report.

Parameter Standard / Tolerance
Quality System ISO 9001:2015 + IATF 16949:2016 + ISO 14001:2015 + ISO 45001:2018
Material Grade Primary 6063-T5 / 6061-T6 / 6005-T5 (Oxford spectrometer chemistry verified per batch)
Wall Thickness Tolerance ±0.05 mm (precision profile) / ±0.10 mm (standard)
Outer-Diameter Tolerance ±0.10 mm (round tube), ±0.15 mm (oval / shaped)
Straightness ≤ 1 mm / m (post-stretching)
Hardness 8–14 HW (Webster) for 6063-T5; HRB / Rockwell on request
Anodize Layer 8–12 µm standard; 12–15 µm heavy-duty — coating-thickness gauge per piece (sampling)
Salt-Spray Resistance ≥ 500 hours, no white rust (ASTM B117)
Lock Smoothness 100 % functional test — twist torque + cam-lock slip
Surface Inspection 100 % visual for scratches, dents, color variance under D65 light box
Drop / Packaging Test ISTA 3A drop & vibration sampling, retail blister included
Inspection Documents Mill cert + chemistry report + dimensional report + visual AQL with each shipment
Six-Stage QC Process

Testing & Inspection at Every Stage

Each pole passes through six controlled QC checkpoints before it leaves our factory. Failures at any stage are quarantined, root-cause analyzed, and reported to the Production Manager — no quiet rework, no buried defects.

Aluminum alloy chemical analysis on Oxford spectrometer for raw material verification
STAGE 01 · MATERIAL

Testing & Inspection Process

  • Verify aluminum billet grade (6063-T5) and chemical composition
  • Conduct hardness and purity tests before extrusion
  • Assign batch numbers for full traceability
Telescopic pole tensile and cross-profile scan test for extrusion straightness control
STAGE 02 · EXTRUSION

Extrusion & Straightness Control

  • Wall-thickness sampling at die exit (±0.05 mm)
  • Lemmit profile scan against CAD master
  • Stretching for ≤ 1 mm/m straightness; tensile test per heat lot

  • Uniform color and gloss inspection under D65 light box
  • Adhesion and corrosion-resistance tests (salt spray ≥ 500 hours)
Industrial telescopic pole locking mechanism close-up assembly fit check
STAGE 04 · ASSEMBLY

Assembly & Fitting Check

  • Twist-lock torque test for smooth operation without slip
  • Thread compatibility check with standard pool accessories (1-1/4″)
  • Random inspection for extension smoothness and lock stability
Telescopic pole final QC inspection checklist measurement anodizing lock testing
STAGE 05 · FINAL QC

Final QC & Packaging

  • 100 % surface inspection for scratches, dents, or color variance
  • Strength sampling and drop-resistance packaging test (ISTA 3A)

  • Digital Diameter & Concentricity Measurement Instruments
Why Buyers Trust Xingyong QA

Built for Audit — Not Just for Inspection

Big-box and brand buyers don't reorder because we passed one inspection. They reorder because every batch we ship matches the report we sent. Here is what makes that repeatable.

Raw material test record traceability
01 · TRACEABILITY

Billet-to-Carton Trace Code

Every pole carries a batch ID linked to its billet lot, extrusion shift, anodize tank, lock-assembly operator and packaging carton. If a return appears 6 months later, we can pull the full QC record in 5 minutes — no detective work, no finger-pointing.

Universal tensile tester running aluminum tube strength test
02 · INDEPENDENT LAB

In-House — Not Outsourced — Lab

The data on your inspection report comes from our own Oxford spectrometer, salt-spray cabinet, universal tensile tester and Lemmit profile scanner — not a third-party rental. The same instruments any auditor will use, so the numbers reconcile every time.

QC sample record document with batch traceability
03 · DOCUMENTATION

Audit-Ready Document Package

Each PO ships with a sealed PDF dossier: mill cert, chemistry report, dimensional report, anodize-thickness log, AQL visual report. Drop-in format for Walmart, Home Depot & Ross supplier-portal upload — no reformatting needed.

OEM packaging bulk shipment ready cartons inspected before container loading
04 · THIRD-PARTY

SGS / BV / TUV / Intertek / QIMA Welcome

We host third-party inspectors weekly — AQL during production, pre-shipment audit before container loading. Reports are sent directly to your QA team, never edited or filtered by us. Same access for client-nominated auditors.

Third-Party Certifications

Certificates Your Compliance Team Will Recognize

To guarantee compliance with international standards, Xingyong maintains third-party certification and test documentation — ready for your supplier-portal upload.

FAQ

Quality Assurance FAQ

What inspection documents do I receive with each shipment?

Every PO ships with a sealed PDF QA dossier containing: aluminum mill certificate, Oxford spectrometer chemistry report, dimensional report (wall thickness, OD, straightness), anodize-thickness log, salt-spray test result (when applicable), AQL visual report, and the carton barcode trace list. Documents are emailed before the container is loaded.

Do you accept third-party inspections such as SGS, BV, TUV or QIMA?

Yes. We host SGS, BV, TUV, Intertek and QIMA inspectors weekly, plus client-nominated auditors on request. Both AQL during production and pre-shipment audit before container loading are supported. Reports are sent direct to your QA team — we never edit them.

How is anodize layer thickness controlled?

Standard finish is 8–12 µm anodized layer; heavy-duty 12–15 µm. Each rack is sampled with a coating-thickness gauge after sealing. Color is verified against the customer-approved master in a D65 daylight light box. Salt-spray test (ASTM B117) confirms ≥ 500 hours, no white rust.

If a defect is found after delivery, how is it traced?

Read the carton barcode — we link it to the billet batch, extrusion shift, anodize tank, lock-assembly operator and final QC record within 5 minutes. Root-cause analysis and a written 8D report are issued within 48 hours, plus replacement or credit-note arrangement.

What is your AQL standard?

Default sampling per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1): Major defect AQL 2.5, Minor defect AQL 4.0. Tighter AQL (1.5 / 2.5) on request — common for retail-blister and Walmart / Home Depot programs.
