Xingyong (Poolpole) is owned and operated by Jiangsu Xingyong Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2002. Our 80,000 m² integrated facility at No. 222 Huaihe East Road, Huaiyin District, Huai'an City, Jiangsu controls every stage in-house: extrusion → anodizing → sandblasting → CNC machining → assembly → QC → retail packaging.

14 Presses, 350T – 2000T
Round, square, oval and reinforced sections. Stable temperature & pressure control delivers consistent wall thickness and dense grain structure before heat treatment.
Step 02
2 Auto Lines + 5 Blasting Machines
12–15 µm anodized layer in silver, black, blue, gold, bronze. Sandblast or brushed textures. Salt-spray tested ≥ 500 hours.
Step 03
22 Deep-Processing Lines
CNC, sawing, punching, milling, turning, deburring, expansion / reduction, laser marking, locking-collar assembly — all on site.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
Xingyong is the direct manufacturer — Jiangsu Xingyong Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd., founded 2002. We own our 14 extrusion presses, 2 anodizing lines, 22 deep-processing stations, and the QC lab. You can audit the factory in person or via live video before placing the first order.
Do you supply Walmart, Home Depot, or Ross-spec packaging?
Yes. We produce blister cards, color boxes, shrink-wrap, and 4-color printed cartons with UPC / EAN / GS1-128 barcodes. We follow Walmart's Standards for Suppliers, Home Depot's Routing & Labeling Guide, and Ross's Vendor Compliance Manual.
What is your MOQ, sample lead time, and production lead time?
MOQ: 1,000 pcs per SKU (flexible for established buyers). Sample lead time: 3 days for stock items, 7–10 days for new dies. Mass production: 25–30 days from PO and artwork approval.
Which aluminum alloys and finishes do you offer?
6063-T5 / T6 for telescopic poles and consumer products; 6061-T6 for structural and load-bearing parts; 6005-T5 for high-rigidity tube. Surface finishes include silver / black / blue / gold / bronze anodized (12–15µm), powder coating, brushed and sandblasted.
Can you handle third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TUV)?
Yes. We routinely host SGS, BV, TUV, Intertek, QIMA, and customer-nominated inspectors for AQL during production and pre-shipment audit. Reports are shared directly with your QA / compliance team.
What payment & shipping terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C at sight, OA 30/60 days for repeat buyers. Shipping: FOB Shanghai / Ningbo, CIF, DDP US / EU. We work with Maersk, COSCO, ONE and air-freight forwarders for time-critical reorders.
