Pool Cleaning Pole · OEM/ODM

Telescopic Pole for Pool Vacuum — OEM Manufacturer

Vacuuming is the hardest job a pool pole does: underwater push-pull loads the tube and the locks far harder than skimming ever will. Xingyong sizes wall and lock grip for that duty, not for a catalog average.

  • Specced for the load that breaks poles — continuous push, pull and bending against the floor, not surface work.
  • Head interface verified — pin tip or custom adapter matched to the vacuum head you already ship.
  • OEM terms that hold — private label, free samples in 25-35 days, quotes in 24 hours.

Method & Duty

What Underwater Push-Pull Does to a Pole

A telescopic pole for pool vacuum work carries a manual vacuum head across the floor — and that is a different load case from every other head on the deck.

Water resistance plus floor contact means continuous pushing, pulling and bending rather than the light lifting a net does. The tube, the section overlap, the lock holding force and the head connector have to be specified as one structure for that duty; a pole built to a skimming average will pass inspection and still fail in season.

Anodizing matters here for a second reason: the pole spends its life in treated water, and the maintenance practice promoted by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance assumes hardware that survives pool chemistry rather than garden-hose duty.

A note on names. Retail calls this a pool vacuum pole or swimming pool vacuum pole; both mean this product. A plain vacuum pole, though, usually means something else entirely — the carbon high-level poles used for gutter and interior vacuum systems. That line lives at gutter cleaning poles, not here.

The pole is the product here; the kit is the service. Xingyong does not sell vacuum heads as a standalone line — the aluminum pole is what we extrude, machine and assemble. But when a program needs the finished kit rather than the pole alone, the molded plastic parts are made here too and the whole thing is assembled and packed under one roof, so you place one order and receive a carded product instead of parts from three suppliers. Tell us which heads the kit has to ship with and the sourcing is handled inside the program.

The heads that ride this pole and carry their own aluminum structure have their own pages: pool nets and pool brushes. The full pole range sits at aluminum pool poles.

Pool Vacuum Pole OEM Options — Line by Line

Send the actual vacuum head first — its weight and hose drag decide the wall and the lock class, and everything else follows from those two.

Two Duty Classes Cover the Vacuum Wall

Pool depth and head weight split this line in two — and the split is decided by lock holding force, not by tube diameter.

Pool Vacuum Extension Pole for OEM aluminum pole manufacturing

Pool Vacuum Pole

The in-ground standard: stepped wall and a lock rated for continuous push-pull, sized to the head your line already ships.

Pool Leaf Rake Pole for OEM aluminum pole manufacturing

Above Ground Pool Vacuum Pole

Shorter reach, lighter head, tighter price point — the value build for above-ground kits without dropping the lock class.

Duty classes reflect aluminum poles built at Jiangsu Xingyong (ISO 9001 + IATF 16949, since 2010); head interface verified per sample.

Sourcing Check

Vacuum-Duty Pole vs Skimming Pole vs High-Level Vacuum Pole

Three poles that look alike on a spec sheet and fail very differently:

Point Vacuum-duty pool pole (this page) Skimming-duty pool pole High-level vacuum pole
Load case Continuous push-pull against the floor Light lifting at the surface Vertical, carrying a hose overhead
What fails first Lock slips under sustained load Rarely fails — it is the easy duty Operator fatigue, then deflection
Wall spec Stepped, sized to head weight plus drag Light, cost-driven Carbon, weight-critical
Chemistry Anodized for treated water Anodized for treated water Dry interior or gutter debris

Why Us

Why Pool Brands Choose Xingyong for Vacuum-Duty Poles

Vacuum poles are the SKU that comes back if the lock is wrong. Four reasons buyers keep the program here.

Private label, MOQ structure and season timing are set out at how we work with pool brands and distributors.

The Lock Is Rated for Push-Pull, Not for Display

Holding force is tested under sustained load rather than a static hang, because that is how a vacuum head actually loads a pole. A lock that passes a catalog test and slips mid-season is the whole warranty problem on this SKU.

  • For distributors: vacuum poles are the season-opener SKU — pole, locks and molded fittings from one factory, private-label ready in a single purchase order.
  • Aluminum Telescopic Pole Extrusion Anodizing Assembly and OEM Packaging Production at Xingyong aluminum pole factory

Head Interface Verified Against Your Sample

Pin tip or custom adapter is matched to the head you already sell, with hole position checked on a physical sample. The new pole drops onto the installed base your customers own instead of orphaning it.

    Shipped Programs

Case Studies From the Same Pool Lines

Pool buyers qualify a factory on shipped programs. Three from this floor: a 1.6M-unit big-box private label run for the codes and cadence a vacuum SKU rides on; a German distributor’s custom-color program for anodize control; and a Korean push-button lock program — the lock tooling this duty class depends on.

    Decision Desk

    Frequently Asked Questions

Six answers for the people who own a pool accessory line. Vacuuming your own pool? A pool store is faster; this desk is for their suppliers.

Our vacuum poles come back with slipping locks — what changes?

The lock is specified against sustained push-pull rather than a static hold, and holding force is tested that way before sampling. Most returns on this SKU trace to a lock chosen on catalog numbers from a lighter duty class, not to the tube.

Can the pole match the vacuum head we already sell?

Yes – send a physical head or a dimensioned drawing. Pin tip or custom adapter is built to that interface with hole position verified on the sample, so the new pole fits the installed base your customers already own. Sampling runs 25-35 days.

How much heavier is a vacuum-duty pole than a skimming pole?

Enough to matter at the operator’s wrists, which is why wall is stepped rather than uniformly thickened. The extra material goes where the bending moment actually is, so the pole gains stiffness under load without becoming tiring at full extension.

Do you build above-ground and in-ground versions differently?

Yes. Above-ground kits run shorter reach and a lighter head, so the tube changes – but the lock class does not drop, because a slipping lock is a return either way. That is the one spec we hold constant across both builds.

How is a vacuum pole priced at volume?

By section count, tube stack, lock class, grip and packing. Factory-direct pricing follows aluminum billet rather than catalog markup, and quotes return within 24 hours. Season dates matter more than they look – tell us the on-shelf date with the volume.

What is the MOQ for a private-label vacuum pole line?

Set per configuration – one lock tool and one tube stack serve the in-ground and above-ground builds together, which keeps entry volume workable across a pair of SKUs. Free sample poles ship against a confirmed spec.
