Can I print my logo on the pole or packaging?
Yes. We support laser engraving, screen printing, heat-transfer labels and private packaging design (color box, blister, shrink-wrap with UPC/EAN barcodes).
Can you open new molds for my product?
Yes. Our engineering team supports ODM projects from drawings or samples. Custom extrusion dies are tooled in our own workshop with 7–15 day die lead time, exclusive ownership, and free die storage for repeat orders.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Usually 500–1,000 pcs depending on specification and customization level. Repeat orders or stock-spec items can go lower — contact us with your project for a definitive MOQ.
How long does it take to receive samples?
Normally within 7–10 days after confirmation for stock-die items. Custom-die prototypes take 12–18 days including die tooling.
Do you handle third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TUV)?
Yes. We routinely host SGS, BV, TUV, Intertek, QIMA and customer-nominated inspectors for in-line AQL and pre-shipment audit. Reports are sent direct to your QA team.
What payment & shipping terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C at sight, OA 30 / 60 days for established buyers. Shipping: FOB Shanghai / Ningbo, CIF, DDP US / EU, with Maersk, COSCO and ONE forwarders.
