Aluminum Pole Production Capacity

Our production is built around one goal — stable quality at retail volume. From extrusion and surface treatment to precision machining and assembly, every step happens inside our own workshops, so tube strength, wall thickness, finish and sliding performance stay consistent batch after batch.

Product Overview

Capacity That Supports Repeat Aluminum Pole Programs

Production capacity is the combination of available equipment, coordinated processes, quality control and realistic scheduling. For a buyer, the important question is not simply how many poles a factory can produce, but whether the same specification can be repeated through seasonal demand and reorders.

Xingyong coordinates extrusion, finishing, deep processing, assembly, inspection and packing within one manufacturing system so volume planning can be matched to the approved product and delivery window.

In-House Workshops

From Aluminum Billet to Retail-Ready Carton

Vertical integration removes the four pain points buyers report most from China sourcing — quality drift, untraceable defects, slipping lead times and moving prices. Each step below happens inside our own walls.

Aluminum tube extrusion workshop, 350T to 2000T presses

1 · Extrusion

14 forward/backward presses, 350T–2000T, forming round, oval and reinforced tube profiles with consistent wall thickness. The same OEM workflow also includes sample and MOQ policy, production lead time, private label branding, retail-ready packaging, and custom spec tooling, which cover the normal OEM path from sample approval to packed goods. Quality terms can be checked against Aluminum Association material resources, ISO 9001 quality management, and ASTM B221 aluminum extrusion standard.

Automated aluminum anodizing line and sandblasting

2 · Surface Treatment

12 anodizing lines plus sandblasting and a dedicated wastewater station — uniform 12–15µm film in silver, black, blue, matte or fine-sand.

CNC machining workshop for aluminum pole components

3 · Precision Machining

22 deep-processing lines — CNC, sawing, necking/expansion, laser marking and in-house lock injection & assembly for smooth telescoping.

Telescopic pole export cartons loaded into a shipping container

4 · QC & Packing

Pre-shipment inspection, retail-ready packaging and density-optimized 40HQ loading for stable retail supply.

Tested, Not Assumed

An In-House Lab Behind Every Run

Capacity means nothing without consistency. Our lab verifies each production run so what scales is quality, not just quantity:
  • Alloy chemistry by optical-emission spectrometer (6063 / 6061 / 6005)
  • Tensile and hardness testing on tube samples
  • Coating-thickness and salt-spray checks on finishes
  • Full batch sampling & retention — see batch traceability

Why Us

Capacity Supported by In-House Quality Control

Volume only creates value when the process remains controlled. Xingyong links production planning with material verification, tube processing, finishing, lock assembly, inspection and packaging so capacity can be used without disconnecting quality from delivery.

  • Capacity planning tied to the approved product and forecast
  • Material and process checks across in-house production stages
  • Tube, finish and assembly requirements reviewed as one program
  • Inspection and packing included in the production route
  • Repeat-order records available for ongoing supply planning
FAQ

Production Capacity — Questions

What is your monthly production capacity?About 3,000 tonnes of aluminum profile per month and more than 1 million finished telescopic poles per year, across 14 extrusion presses and 22 deep-processing lines. We reserve capacity for repeat retail programs.
Can you handle large retail-program volumes?Yes. Our line-up is sized for big-box volume and recurring POs. Share your annual forecast and per-SKU quantities and we will plan press time, finishing and loading around your delivery windows.
Can you scale up for peak season? We schedule extra press and assembly shifts for seasonal pool demand. Give us a rolling forecast and we hold material and slots so peak orders do not slip.
Do you keep stock or build to order? Most orders are built to your spec. For repeat customers we can hold semi-finished tube or finished-goods safety stock under a blanket order to shorten re-order lead time.
How many poles fit in a container? It depends on collapsed length, diameter and packaging, but we optimize carton and 40HQ loading density during quoting to lower your per-unit freight. See retail-ready packaging.
What lead time should I expect at volume?Typical bands run from samples through mass production; exact timing depends on finish, tooling and quantity. See our production lead time page for the current bands.
