A Precision Push-Button Pole Program for Three Markets

This project developed a three-section aluminum telescopic pole with a stable push-button connection for a Korean cleaning-tools brand. The finished structure needed smooth adjustment without wobble or sticking, while meeting the same fit standard across large repeat orders.

Following a six-day sample approval, Xingyong supported 25-day bulk production and eight repeat orders totaling more than 800,000 sets for the United States, Japan and Korea.

The Challenge

A Push-Button Fit That Wouldn't Stop Wobbling

The brand sells cleaning tools into the US, Japanese and Korean markets and wanted a push-button (spring-pin) telescopic pole rather than a twist lock. The problem was tolerance: on their previous pole the clearance between the push button and the inner tube was too wide, so the extended sections rattled and wobbled in use — a quality complaint that hurt reviews. Our Solution

A Precision Push-Button 3-Section Pole

We machined the button seat and inner tube to a tight, repeatable clearance so the spring button snaps home with no side play — smooth to extend, solid once locked. The 125 cm, 3-section pole runs in 6063-T5 with a spray-coated grey finish and the customer's own connector, packed one-per-sleeve, 50 to a carton.
