Quotations & Orders

Quotes are valid 30 days unless stated. An order is confirmed once the proforma invoice and spec are signed and deposit received.

Pricing & Incoterms

Quoted FOB, CIF or DDP (Incoterms® 2020). Prices reflect alloy, spec, finish, packaging and volume — see cost factors.

Payment

Standard 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment (or against B/L copy). L/C at sight for qualified orders.

MOQ & Samples

Typical MOQ 500–1,000 pcs/SKU; samples in 3–10 days. See sample & MOQ policy.

Tooling & IP

Custom dies quoted separately, often creditable. Your drawings, tooling and brand stay confidential under NDA — see tooling.

Quality & Claims

100% pre-shipment inspection; defect claims handled per our warranty. Third-party inspection welcome. Buyers often review Terms of Sale together with telescopic pole manufacturer, extension pole manufacturer, custom aluminum telescopic poles, standard aluminum extrusion, and precision aluminum tube manufacturing so alloy, tolerance, surface finish, and assembly details stay aligned. The material notes can also be aligned with Aluminum Association material resources, ISO 9001 quality management, and ASTM B221 aluminum extrusion standard when engineering and purchasing teams confirm the final specification.

Terms of Sale — Questions

What are your payment terms?Standard is 30% T/T deposit with the 70% balance before shipment or against a copy of the B/L; L/C at sight is available for qualified orders. Exact terms are set in your contract.
Which Incoterms do you quote?FOB, CIF or DDP under Incoterms® 2020, depending on your preference and destination. We'll advise the most cost-effective option for your port.
How long is a quotation valid?Quotations are typically valid for 30 days; aluminum-price-linked items may be re-quoted if metal prices move significantly.
Who owns the tooling and design?Your design and brand remain yours and confidential under NDA. Custom tooling is quoted separately and dedicated to your account; it can often be credited against volume.
How are defects or shortages handled?Per our warranty — report with order/batch number and evidence, we trace the batch and resolve confirmed issues by replacement, credit or refund.
