During the production of aluminum telescopic poles, Poolpole’s Quality Control (QC) department strictly controls each production process to ensure that every step of the process meets the standards.

First, during the extrusion process, the QC team conducts incoming inspections of aluminum bars. Through spectrometer analysis, it ensures that the aluminum alloy material complies with national and industry standards. In addition, the QC department monitors the size and shape of the aluminum output from the extrusion process, using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to check the thickness, length and straightness of the product in order to rule out defects caused by material or equipment problems.

After entering the sandblasting process, the QC department regularly takes sandblasted samples and tests the surface roughness to ensure that the sandblasted results meet the requirements of the subsequent processes.QC personnel use roughness meters to assess the surface quality after sandblasting to ensure that it meets the design standards for telescopic poles.

In the anodizing process, the QC department examines the thickness and uniformity of the anodized film. They use professional film thickness measuring instruments to sample each batch of telescopic poles, while monitoring the concentration and temperature of the anodizing solution in real time. This not only ensures the protective function of the anodized film, but also effectively prevents the quality problems of telescopic poles caused by uneven oxidation.

After entering the deep processing stage, QC professionals conduct a comprehensive inspection of the telescopic poles in production, focusing on verifying the size, appearance and function of the telescopic poles. For milling, drilling and assembling processes, QC personnel will test the tensile, extension, and load-bearing properties of the telescopic poles through assembly tests.

In the finished product inspection stage, QC department carries out comprehensive factory inspection. They not only carry out detailed visual inspection on the appearance of the telescopic poles, but also conduct functional tests to ensure that each telescopic rod can fulfill its proper function in the process of use. During this process, QC personnel will record all inspection results and archive them for subsequent quality tracing and analysis.

Through these strict testing measures, Poolpole’s QC department effectively controls the quality of the telescopic poles and ensures that each aluminum alloy telescopic pole meets the high standards and expectations of customers.
