Complex multi-section poles with custom lock structures need more assembly time per unit. QC sign-off is one shift for standard SKUs.

Printed color boxes take 5–7 days. We start packaging production in parallel with poles, so it doesn't add to your total.

Express Slots, Split-Shipments & Stock Reserves

Need it faster? Three options:

Express slot — a paid premium reserves priority press time and anodize batch. Cuts standard lead time by 30–40%.
Split shipment — ship first 30–50% of order early once it clears QC, balance follows. Useful for urgent retail set dates.
Stock reserve — for high-volume repeat customers we hold finished or semi-finished stock for instant call-off (terms agreed per program).

For peak pool season (Feb–Apr in NA / Mar–May in EU) book at least 90 days ahead of your shelf date to avoid express premiums.

Production Lead Time — FAQ

When does my lead time start?

The clock starts when we have (a) signed PO with confirmed specs, (b) 30% deposit received, and (c) any new tooling approvals signed off. Sample sign-off, if required, also gates the clock for the first order.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

We commit to a production-ready date in writing once your PO is confirmed. Ocean freight is subject to carrier schedule — we book reputable freight forwarders but cannot guarantee port-to-port days. For hard deadlines, build in 7–10 days buffer.

What's the fastest you've ever shipped a sample?

10 days production + air freight for an urgent sample. Air freight on aluminum poles is expensive (length surcharge) but possible for samples up to ~1m folded length.

Do you slow down during Chinese New Year?

Yes. CNY shutdown is typically 2–3 weeks late Jan / early Feb. Place pre-CNY orders by mid-November to ship before factory closes. Post-CNY orders ship mid-late Feb onwards.

Can I track production progress?

Yes. We share weekly production reports with batch photos and status — extrusion done / anodizing done / assembly in progress / QC complete / packed / ready for pickup.
