What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?Our MOQ is typically 500 to 1,000 units per SKU, depending on tube size, lock type, and packaging. Lower volumes can sometimes work for stock specifications or trial orders. For custom multi-section poles that need dedicated tooling, we confirm the exact MOQ in your quote so you can plan first orders and reorders accurately.
Can I combine several SKUs in one order?Yes. You can combine multiple SKUs or models in one order, and often one container, as long as each SKU meets its own MOQ. This is common for distributors building a retail range. We confirm per-SKU quantities, inner and master carton counts, and total container fill before production so the shipment matches your assortment plan.
What are your payment terms?Orders generally run on a deposit up front with the balance paid before or against shipment by T/T, with L/C available for larger or repeat programs. Any sample or tooling fees are quoted separately and can often be credited against the first mass-production order. Exact terms are confirmed in writing with each quote.
Do you work with newer or smaller buyers?Yes. We supply established brands as well as newer buyers and startups. For first orders we focus on getting the specification and sample right, then scale volume as the program grows. Bilingual sourcing engineers guide new buyers through specs, MOQ, sampling, and compliance so the first production run goes smoothly.

Can I get a sample before placing an order?Yes. We provide samples for evaluation before mass production. Stock-specification samples can ship quickly; custom samples are made to your drawing, CAD, or reference sample. Sampling confirms tube diameter, wall thickness, lock fit, finish, and accessory compatibility, so both sides approve the exact specification before committing to a production run.
How long does a custom sample take?Custom samples typically take 7 to 10 days once the specification and any tooling are confirmed; stock-spec samples are faster. Timing depends on the lock system, surface finish, and whether new tooling is needed. We confirm the sample schedule in writing with your quote so you can plan your launch timeline.
What is the mass-production lead time?Mass production usually takes 25 to 35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order size, finish, and packaging. Peak season can extend this, so we confirm the exact lead time per order. Because extrusion, anodizing, plastic parts, and assembly are all in-house, the full timeline stays under one roof.
Is there a sample fee, and is it refundable?Custom samples may carry a fee covering material and setup, especially when new tooling is involved; stock samples are often free or low cost. Where a fee applies, it can frequently be credited against your first mass-production order. We state any sample or tooling cost clearly in the quote before you commit.

What can you customize on a telescopic pole?We customize tube diameter, wall thickness, number of sections, collapsed and extended length, lock system (flip, twist, or push-button), end fittings, grip, color and finish, logo, and packaging. We also develop fully custom structures from your concept, CAD, or sample. Essentially every dimension and component of the pole can be tailored to your program.
What files or inputs do you accept for custom work?We accept drawings, CAD or STEP files, PDFs, reference samples, or even a rough concept. Our engineers review them for manufacturability and suggest improvements where a design is hard to produce or could be stronger or more cost-effective. This DFM step happens before sampling, so the first sample is close to production-ready.
Can you produce under our own brand (private label)?Yes. Private label is a core service. We apply your brand, artwork, colors, logo, hang tags, inserts, and retail packaging, and keep your design confidential. Many customers sell our poles under their own brand into pool, hardware, and big-box retail channels. All branding and packaging details are confirmed before production.
Do you make custom tooling, and who pays for it?Custom structures sometimes need dedicated tooling. Where tooling is required, we quote it separately and, for committed programs, can often credit part or all of it against future orders. Stock or lightly modified designs usually need no new tooling. We tell you up front whether your design needs tooling and what it costs.
Can you match or improve a competitor's pole?Often yes. Send a physical sample or photos with dimensions and we will assess whether we can match or improve the tube spec, lock, finish, and fit. We will not copy a protected design or another buyer's proprietary tooling, but we can engineer an equivalent pole built to your own specification.

What quality standards do you follow?We operate under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems, with documented control from incoming billet to finished pole. Every batch is checked for alloy, dimensions, finish, and function. Our in-house lab uses spectrometers, tensile and hardness testers, salt-spray chambers, and coating-thickness gauges to keep quality traceable and consistent across runs.
What tests can you run on the poles?We run salt-spray corrosion testing to ASTM B117, tensile and hardness tests, anodize coating-thickness measurement, dimensional and straightness checks, lock-fit and cycle testing, and alloy composition by spectrometer. Third-party substance testing through SGS or BV is available on request. The exact test plan is matched to your product and your buyer's requirements.
What is your inspection standard?Finished goods pass an AQL 1.5 pre-shipment inspection covering dimensions, finish, function, and packaging, on top of in-line checks during extrusion, anodizing, and assembly. We can share inspection reports per shipment and accommodate third-party inspectors your buyer appoints. Batch traceability links each shipment back to its material and production records.
Do you provide test reports and mill certificates?Yes. We can provide test reports, EN 10204 mill certificates, and inspection records with shipments, plus third-party SGS or BV reports on request. The document pack is tailored to each buyer's QA checklist and agreed before mass production, so there are no surprises at import or during retailer onboarding.
Materials

Materials & Finish

Our workhorse alloy is 6063 aluminum, with 6061 and 6005 for higher-strength poles.

Which aluminum alloys do you use?We mainly use 6063, 6061, and 6005 aluminum, chosen by the strength, weight, and finish your product needs. 6063 suits smooth anodized poles; 6061 and 6005 add strength for heavy-duty or long-reach poles. We source primary billet from tier-1 mills and verify composition on every batch — never recycled scrap.
What anodizing colors and thickness do you offer?We anodize to roughly 12 to 15 microns in colors including black, silver, satin, blue, gold, and champagne, with hard-anodizing options for extra wear and corrosion resistance. Finish is controlled for both appearance and the sliding fit between sections, so the pole looks consistent and still telescopes smoothly.
Do you use recycled or primary aluminum?We use primary aluminum billet from tier-1 mills, not recycled scrap, because consistent chemistry keeps tube strength, anodizing color, and tolerances stable across batches. Composition is verified on every incoming batch with an Oxford spectrometer, which also supports substance and California Prop 65 reporting for retail buyers.

Are you ISO and IATF certified?Yes. We hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 management-system certifications, plus IATF 16949. Certificate numbers, issuers, and validity dates are available on request and can be shared during vendor onboarding. These systems cover quality, environment, health and safety, and energy management across the factory.
Have you passed social compliance audits?Yes. The factory maintains an audit-ready social-compliance program aligned with amfori BSCI and Sedex SMETA, covering labor, health and safety, and environmental practice. Records are kept current so your buyer's audit team finds what it expects during onboarding. Specific ratings and recent audit dates are available on request.
Can you meet US retailer requirements (Prop 65, CPSIA)?Yes. We support US big-box programs with California Prop 65 evaluation and labeling, CPSIA testing on applicable parts, GS1/UPC barcodes, country-of-origin marking, and retail-ready packaging. Combined with our ISO and IATF systems and social-audit readiness, this covers the typical onboarding requirements for suppliers to Walmart, Home Depot, and Ross.
Can you provide REACH and RoHS documentation?Yes. We can provide REACH and RoHS substance documentation and arrange third-party testing where your market or retailer requires it. Because we use verified primary alloys and control our own surface finishing, substance compliance is straightforward to document for EU and US programs alike.

Can you do retail-ready packaging and barcodes?Yes. We produce bulk export cartons and full retail-ready packaging — clamshells, color boxes, hang tags, and multi-language inserts — with unit and carton GS1/UPC barcodes verified scannable. Packaging artwork, carton counts, and pallet specs are confirmed against your retail program before production so goods arrive shelf-ready.
What Incoterms do you support?We work with common Incoterms including FOB, CIF, and DDP, and quote whichever suits your logistics setup. FOB is most common for buyers with their own freight; DDP can simplify delivery for others. We confirm the port, terms, and any duties handling in the quote so your landed-cost planning is clear.
How many poles fit in a container?We optimize collapsed pole length and carton size to maximize container fill and lower per-unit freight, and provide a loading plan for 20ft or 40HQ containers. Volume per container depends on pole length and packaging; we calculate it during quoting so you can balance MOQ, freight, and landed cost.
How are poles protected during shipping?Poles are packed to survive long ocean transit: protective end caps or sleeves, sectioned cartons to prevent rubbing, and master cartons sized for stacking. For anodized or printed poles we add extra surface protection. Packaging is matched to your shipping route so product arrives in shelf condition, not just factory condition.
