All four ISO systems certify the same scope — extruded aluminum production and related management activities — so quality, environment, safety and energy are managed across the whole plant, not one cell.

ISO 9001:2015

Quality Management System. Beijing Standard Certification Centre (CNAS C064). Reg. 064-25-Q-0447-R1-M. Valid to 9 Mar 2028. The same OEM workflow also includes sample and MOQ policy, production lead time, private label branding, retail-ready packaging, and custom spec tooling, which cover the normal OEM path from sample approval to packed goods. Quality terms can be checked against Aluminum Association material resources, ISO 9001 quality management, and ASTM B221 aluminum extrusion standard.

Certification & Compliance Questions

Which certifications does Xingyong hold?

We hold four current ISO management-system certificates — ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment), ISO 45001:2018 (health & safety) and ISO 50001:2018 (energy) — plus IATF 16949:2016 (automotive QMS, recertification in progress). Our site is amfori BSCI audited by TÜV Rheinland, and we can provide an EU CBAM carbon report.

Can you provide original certificates for our supplier onboarding?

Yes. We supply original PDF certificates and audit reports for your vendor portal, including our amfori ID 156-022094-000 for BSCI verification. Send your onboarding checklist and we return the matching documents, usually within one business day.

Is your factory amfori BSCI audited, and what was the result?

Yes — a full, semi-announced amfori BSCI social audit by TÜV Rheinland (18–20 Aug 2025, Monitoring ID 25-0341618). The site is A-rated in 11 of 13 performance areas, including no child labour, no forced labour, fair remuneration, occupational health & safety, environmental protection and ethical business. The result is valid to 21 Aug 2026.

Do you have IATF 16949 certification?

Yes, Xingyong has held IATF 16949:2016 (Quality Austria, Vienna) for our aluminium-extrusion manufacturing since 2022. Recertification is currently in progress; our ISO 9001:2015 quality system is independently certified and current to March 2028.
