3. Tube Cutting & End Machining
Cut, drill, punch, slot, tap, roll, neck, flare, and finish the tube ends so that cam locks, threads, and tips fit. End geometry decides whether the pole survives 1,000 cycles or 100.
4. Surface Treatment & Anodizing
