Big-Bore Extrusion · OEM/ODM

Large Diameter Aluminum Pipe Manufacturer

Xingyong extrudes large diameter aluminum pipe and tube to order for OEM buyers and importers — big-bore dies, machining and finishing from one factory.

  • OD up to 600 mm — the top of our OD 3–600 mm, wall 0.5–50 mm envelope, extruded on a 2,000-ton press.
  • Seamless by process — extruded pipe has no weld seam to test, inspect or fail.
  • OEM terms that hold — custom dies, samples in 25–35 days, quotes in 24 hours.
Method & Platform

What Large Diameter Aluminum Pipe Serves — and Why the Press Decides Who Can Quote

Large diameter aluminum pipe — big-bore round sections from roughly 150 mm up — serves ducting, structural columns, rollers, housings and fluid runs where steel’s weight is the enemy (pipe versus tube naming is half the buyer’s confusion, and we quote both).

Press tonnage is the gatekeeper: big sections need billet force most extruders do not have, which is why the market thins out fast above a few inches — and why distributors quote long leads on anything oversized.

Our 2,000-ton press runs large diameter aluminum tube to 600 mm OD, in schedule pipe sizes or to your print — seamless by process, because extrusion has no weld to begin with.

Jiangsu Xingyong Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd — the factory behind poolpole.com — extrudes the aluminum section, machines ends and features, and anodizes in the same plant.

The round family lives at aluminum round tube with the full range at aluminum tube; structural grades at 6061 aluminum tubing. This page is the big-bore program.

Private Label & ODM

Large Diameter Aluminum Pipe OEM Options — What You Can Spec, Line by Line

Send OD, wall and length first — schedule size or print, either works. One factory owns die, press, temper and finish, so a big-bore program closes in one quote.

Specification OEM Options Confirm Before Sampling
Size OD to 600 mm; wall 0.5–50 mm; schedule sizes or custom OD, wall and tolerance class
Alloy & temper 6063 or 6061; T5/T6 per duty Structural vs conveyance duty
Form Seamless extruded pipe and tube Pressure or structural rating expectations
Lengths & cutting Mill lengths or cut-to-length Length tolerance and end finish
Machining In-house CNC — ends, flanges, ports, keyways Feature drawing with datums
Finish Mill, anodized, powder coated Surface class and color codes
Plastic parts & assembly (in-house) Caps and plugs molded to the bore Cap style and assembly level
Packaging Bundles, crates, export packing Counts and protection level
MOQ & lead time Per configuration; sampling 25–35 days Volumes and delivery windows

Large Diameter Aluminum Pipe Formats We Extrude

Big-bore buyers ask in three vocabularies — schedule pipe, plain inch sizes and seamless spec. One press answers all three.

Schedule 40 Aluminum Pipe

Standard pipe dimensions in extruded aluminum — the schedule chart your fluid and frame drawings already use.

6 Inch Aluminum Pipe

The workhorse mid-bore and up — inch sizes cut, machined and finished to the drawing.

Seamless Aluminum Tubing

Extrusion is seamless by process — no weld line to inspect, polish out or fail under pressure.

Specs reflect big-bore extrusions from Jiangsu Xingyong (ISO 9001 + IATF 16949, since 2010); confirm tolerance class before sampling.

Large Diameter Aluminum Pipe: Extruded vs Rolled-and-Welded vs Steel Pipe

Above a few inches, how the pipe was made is the spec — the honest comparison:

Point Extruded big-bore aluminum Rolled-and-welded aluminum Steel pipe
Seam None — seamless by process Weld line to test and trust Welded or seamless at cost
Roundness Die-true, meter after meter Roll springback varies Good
Weight A third of steel Same Heavy — the reason buyers switch
Corrosion Anodized or mill — no coating to chip Weld zone is the weak point Coating maintenance forever
Where it wins Programs with a drawing and a volume One-off giant sizes beyond press reach Excellent where mass and code demand it

Frequently Asked Questions

Six answers for the people who sign big-bore drawings — OEM engineers and importers. Hunting one cut length? A metals distributor is faster; this desk is for programs.

Pipe or tube — which am I actually buying?

Pipe is sized by nominal bore and schedule for conveyance; tube by exact OD and wall for structure. We extrude both vocabularies from the same press — send whichever dimension set your drawing uses and the quote speaks it back.

How large can you actually extrude?

OD up to 600 mm with walls from 0.5 to 50 mm — the working envelope of our 2,000-ton press. Beyond that is rolled-and-welded territory, and we say so instead of quoting what we cannot press.

Is extruded pipe really seamless?

Yes — extrusion forms the section from solid billet through a die, so there is no weld line at all. That removes seam testing and seam failure from your qualification list by process, not by promise.

Can you machine flanges and ports?

Yes — end flanges, ports, keyways and mounting features run on the in-house CNC line, so a big-bore part ships machined rather than as raw stock plus a second vendor.

How is large diameter aluminum pipe priced at volume?

By billet weight, section size, temper, machining, finish and volume — plus any custom die, amortized across the program. Factory-direct pricing tracks the aluminum market. Quotes return within 24 hours.

Do you sell cut-to-size single pieces?

No — we are the extrusion layer: dies, mill runs and OEM programs with export packing. For one repair length, a metals distributor serves you faster. If your product is built on a big bore, this page is for you.
