An Israeli outdoor-goods brand selling on Amazon needed a 4-section pole that, used vertically at full extension, would not slip down under its own weight — their previous pole's sections slid. The Challenge
Sections That Slipped When Extended
The brand sells outdoor gear on Amazon and needed a tall, packable 4-section pole used vertically at full extension. Their existing pole had a critical flaw: once extended and loaded upright, the sections slowly slipped back down — the twist lock couldn't hold the weight. Amazon reviews punish that kind of failure hard. They needed a partner who could co-develop a new pole with enough locking force to stay extended, under their own brand, at Amazon-ready packaging and volume. Our Solution
A Co-Developed 4-Section High-Hold Pole
We co-developed a 206 cm, 4-section pole in 6063-T5 with a re-tuned twist lock that holds full weight when extended vertically, and a universal spring-pin (thimble) connector. The tubes are black brushed-anodized for a premium matte look that photographs well on Amazon, and pack two-per-bag for FBA.
