About Our Aluminum Telescopic Pole Production

Extrusion Workshop

We operate fourteen forward and backward extrusion presses for aluminum tubes, covering:

• 350 ton
• 500 ton
• 600 ton
• 800 ton
• 1400 ton
• 2000 ton

The different press sizes allow us to form round, oval and reinforced tube profiles. Stable temperature, speed and pressure control help achieve dense tube structure, smooth surface and consistent wall thickness before heat treatment.

Anodizing & Sandblasting

Our surface workshop includes:

• 2 automatic anodizing lines
• 3 long-material sandblasting machines
• 2 short-material sandblasting machines
• Dedicated wastewater treatment station

The process encompasses degreasing, alkaline wash, neutralization, anodizing, and sealing. We focus on uniform color tone, anodizing thickness 12–15 µm, and corrosion resistance. Standard finishes: silver, black, blue, with matte or fine-sand textures.

CNC, Cutting & Assembly

To ensure smooth telescoping and firm locking, we finish tubes and components in-house using:

• CNC processing center
• Cutting saws and punching machines
• Milling, planing, and turning machines
• Brushing, polishing, and bending machines
• Tube expansion and reduction machines
• Laser marking machine
• Packing and carton forming machines

Each pole section is processed for clean tube ends, accurate holes, and a consistent fit. Lock components are installed and checked for smooth sliding and secure tightening.

Packing and Shipping

Tubes are protected with film or paper, packed in master cartons, and reinforced for export transport. Retail boxes and custom labels are available.
