What the Warranty Covers

Coverage applies to verified manufacturing defects under normal use, within the agreed warranty period from delivery.

How a Claim Works

Notify us within the agreed window with order/batch number, photos or video, and quantity affected.

We match the batch to its retained sample and raw-material lot via full traceability.

3 · Assess

Our QA reviews evidence (and samples if needed) to confirm root cause — usually within a few business days.

4 · Resolve

For confirmed defects: free replacement, credit on the next order, or refund — plus a corrective action.

How long is the warranty?Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery; the exact period and remedies are confirmed per program in your sales contract.
What do you need to process a claim?Your order/batch number, photos or video of the issue, the affected quantity and a short description. Batch traceability lets us match it to the retained sample quickly.
What remedy do I get for a confirmed defect?Free replacement of defective units, a credit against your next order, or a refund — whichever fits your program — plus a documented corrective action to prevent recurrence.
What is not covered?Normal wear, cosmetic aging, misuse, overload, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or issues arising after your own re-processing.
Do you support third-party or pre-shipment inspection?Yes — SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek and QIMA inspections are welcome, which further reduces the chance of any claim after delivery.
