CNC Sawing / Cutting
Servo-fed saws cut anodized aluminum tubes to telescopic-section length within ±0.2 mm with inline deburr — protecting the inner-tube sliding fit.
Capabilities
Poolpole's CNC workshop handles every machining step for aluminum telescopic poles in-house at our Jiangsu factory — sawing, drilling, slotting, tapping, milling, necking, and flaring at ±0.2 mm tolerance. Anodized tubes move from extrusion to assembly without leaving the building.

Scope

Servo-fed saws cut anodized aluminum tubes to telescopic-section length within ±0.2 mm with inline deburr — protecting the inner-tube sliding fit.

Multi-spindle CNC drills place lock-button, rivet, and through-pin holes in the same fixturing pass to keep angular alignment under 0.5°.

3-axis CNC mills shape brackets, end fittings, and custom connectors — handling short-run OEM parts directly from extruded stock.
Side slots for cam locks are machined inline — width and length held to spec so the plastic locking cam engages with consistent feel.
Tapped threads for end caps and accessory fittings are gauged after every batch to keep thread engagement within spec.
Rotary neckers reduce tube ends; flaring machines expand mating ends — the joint slides without binding because OD and ID share the same tolerance band.
Quality

CAD, STEP, or sample arrives; we evaluate machinability, fixturing strategy, and tolerance stack — DFM report returned in 3-5 working days.

Anodized stock loaded into matched fixtures; servo-fed saws, drills, and mills execute the program — quality gate at every station.

AQL sampling covers dimensional, surface, and fit checks. Results filed per lot — mill certs and inspection records on request.
Send CAD or a sample — DFM feedback in 3-5 days, quote in 24 hours, first parts in 7-14 days.
